Youth Outdoors Unlimited is a non profit organization that is put together mainly from volunteers and donations by sponsors. Youth Outdoors Unlimited or (YOU) is not only for the youth that attends but it is for the parents or family of youth that don’t know how to get started in the outdoors , hunting, or fishing. There are a few key purposes to this group. The main one though is to preserve the heritage of hunting and fishing through education and volunteer efforts. The children of today seem to be getting distanced from these traditions as the years have gone by and Youth Outdoors Unlimited and its volunteers are using education to tackle this problem. By teaching the proper skills needed Y.O.U. is promoting ethical and responsible use of wildlife, and to manage and conserve resources to preserve this heritage for future generations. At events each participant is provided with some form of reward like a new flashlight, or a pocket knife from sponsor donations. Some of the sponsors and donors are organizations such as Fox Pro, Predator Extreme, and The Arizona Game And Fish Department. Please Do what you can to help the youth preserve this heritage. If at all possible donate to this good cause.
Donations And Volunteers Are Always Needed For Youth Outdoors Unlimited
For Youth Outdoors Unlimited, volunteers and donations are always needed and appreciated. To attend these events the participants need to bring their own gear such as clothing, sleeping gear, and weaponry. Amenities such as food , drink, and in most cases even outdoor toilets are provided by Youth Outdoors Unlimited. This is all provided by sponsors and donors and they can always use more help.
