Denver Our City Radio would like to welcome A Caretakers Wish to our family of Non-profits and great causes.
Granting Caretakers wishes for those who care for those who cant care for themselves.
A Caretaker’s Wish recognizes the commitment and love it takes to be a Caregivers who care for the sick, injured or disabled. Caregivers are “Unsung Heroes” that more often than not sacrifice far more than their time and love to those they care for, they give up their very lifestyle too. A Caretakers Wish’s mission is to show appreciation to Caregivers in the community by honoring them with a unique and specialized wish gift for their selfless acts of kindness and dedication to others.
A Caretakers Wish, founded by Dawn and Kevin Wanser, fills a special place for those who offer the care and support for those who are no longer able to take care of themselves. Dawn and Kevin know first hand the challenges of being caregivers, having two wonderful sons who will captivate you in moments. We encourage you to explore Dawn’s story, get to know her two amazing boys, and the great things A Caretakers Wish is doing for caregivers nation wide.
We at Denver Our City Radio also invite you to join Dawn, Kevin, their two boys Cody and Jacob, and the Denver Our City Radio staff at this years “Wheels for Wishes” car show and music festival, September 22, 2012 at Heritage Square Amusement Park, Golden Colorado. Come on out and see the great classic automobiles and take in the driving sounds provided by “Of David”
