Jinji Cycles located in the Hylands neighborhood at 2538 W 32nd is the newest haven for two wheel enthusiasts. Jinji Cycles will be holding it Grand Opening on June 30 9:00 till close. Join Jason Gardner the owner of Jinji Cycles and his friends and clients for this awsome event. There will be a local kids ride at 10;00 am and an open house for everyone at 6:00 pm including beverages and snacks. Jinji Cycles is a unique concept in the cycling community of Colorado where cycling is a staple for the active residents of Denver and the state of Colorado. Jinji is an Israeli word for person with red hair. When you meet Jason you will know why the name fits. Jason, a master bicycle mechanic spent over a decade refining his craft working for various cycle shops in the area. In 2007, Jason ventured out on his own and set shop in his garage. From that space Jason established a reputation for quality repair and maintenance at a fair price. So much so the Jason and Jinji cycles were recognized as the top cycle repair operation in Denver in the annual 7 A-list voting for “Best OF” businesses in Denver and Colorado. Speaking with Jason was pleasure and i could see that his passion was real and his commitment to excellence is his driving force. Jason who is married with two children 5 and 1 1/2, chose the new location in one of Denver’s historic districts because of its proximity to several major cycling corridors and the infusion of new businesses and the revitalization of the area, which he felt were right for his expansion of Jinji Cycles. Jason and Jinji Cycles have accomplished much in a short time, including sponsoring The Dirt Divas http://thedirtdivas.com/, a local womens mountain bike organization, writing technical pieces for CycloCross Magazine, providing technical support sponsorship for the Red Rock Century a 100 mile bike excursion in Denver and surrounding area, and had a local optics company, Optic Nerve Glasses, name a sun glasses style, The Jinji, after the shop. Jason being a native of Colorado proudly hales from Grand Junction Colorado. He enjoys all the outdoors have to offer in Colorado.
